Lea De Mae was a Czech adult-film actress and model who performed from 1999 to 2004, appearing in over 80 films primarily for Private Media Group. Before her adult career she was a professional platform diver on the Czech national team until a spinal injury ended her sporting career. She died in 2004 at age 27 and was the subject of the 2023 biographical film Her Body.
